After a recent trip to the David Burke Steakhouse at the Foxwoods Resort Casino, I became inspired!
O.K. the $12.00 glass of wine DID had something to do with it.
You see, all of the steaks are served on Himalayan Salt Slabs & even the WALLS are made out of this stuff!
It's gorgeous. The light shines through to show of the grain and texture and many colors hues within.
So, the wheels started turning & I took a few pictures. My husband rolled his eyes, etc.
When I got home I started playing around...and...viola!

I'm probably not the first, but I LOVE the way these came out.
Once I figure out what to charge, I may put them up on Etsy. Otherwise, catch it at the Milford Oyster Festival!!! I may not be able to part with them just yet!
